3. Upload your artwork or provide a description of your desired design, if applicable.

4. Review and approve your custom design proof before production begins.

🎨 Design Proofs & Revisions

A digital design proof will be emailed to you for review and approval before your custom item is printed or assembled.

Your order includes up to two (2) design revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the two included will incur an additional design fee.

Production will not begin until your final design proof has been approved.

Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, names, dates, colors, and design placement.

⏰ Processing & Turnaround Time

Due to the personalized nature of our products, our standard production turnaround time is 7–10 business days after final design approval.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Please note that delays in responding to design proofs or approving revisions may extend your order's completion date.

Shipping and delivery times are additional and are not included in the production turnaround.

All custom and personalized orders are final sale.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided personalization, or other customer ordering errors.

Refunds are not offered for these reasons once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at craftytpartyfavorsandevents@gmail.com so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
